Good afternoon.  I am in need of a proteing supplement/shake that I can have.  I lift weights on a daily basis and bike every week-end.  I am searching for protein powder shakes and cannot find any that is compliant with whole 30.

Thank you

@Hiram,

Hi, I found "Epic Original" pea protein powder.  Peas are allowed on Whole 30.  Other ingredients in the powder are sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sacha inchi, cranberry seed and jerusalem artichoke. It has a grittier texture than the whey isolate I was using pre Whole30.  I mix mine with almond milk, almond butter and then whatever I feel like - banana, strawberries, spinach etc.  Since I started using it a few days ago my energy post workout has been steady after taking the supplement, which I drink in addition to a small meal (ie 2 eggs and some carrots) about 60 - 75 minutes from the time I start my workout.  I hope this helps.

Personally, I'm usually sustaining myself on venison(really high on proteins since it's lean. Almost out of my supply though, gladly deer season coming soon( got myself a new AR-15 https://gritrsports.com/shooting/firearms/rifles/ar-15-rifles/ for this season, hoping for 2 or 3 good bucks)

If you REALLY need protein powder for recovery and nutrition purposes - you can either use plant based one like Shadow recommended, or try to find egg-based powder. Other option is just consuming a high amoung of egg whites I'd say(As far as I know eggs are allowed on Whole 30).
