Langland-Johnson Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 I have been doing great so far with this W30 but just wondering if I need to up my protein and/or fat intake at lunch - for the last couple of days I have been trying to increase my veg and have noticed that about 3-4 pm I am absolutely ravenous, whereas I am still doing a lot more proteins/fats in the a.m. and a little less veg and am not hungry for 6+ hours till normal lunch hour. Kirsteen Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 It's hard to tell without knowing what you're eating but if you're getting hungry after lunch, then you're probably not eating enough. Are you following the meal templates? Are you having 1 - 2 palm sized portions of protein and 1 - 2 thumbs of fat? If not shoot for this. Let us know how you get on.
