Langland-Johnson Posted January 15, 2013 Share Posted January 15, 2013 I have been doing great so far with this W30 but just wondering if I need to up my protein and/or fat intake at lunch - for the last couple of days I have been trying to increase my veg and have noticed that about 3-4 pm I am absolutely ravenous, whereas I am still doing a lot more proteins/fats in the a.m. and a little less veg and am not hungry for 6+ hours till normal lunch hour.
