Spinnin Jenny
I like to heat V-8 as a soup but haven't tried it on W30 yet. Is it legal?
LibLady
Generally speaking, liquid calories and juices are discouraged during the W30. Can't find the exact place in the book though.
Renee Lee
as a soup? with protein and other veggies in it? maybe. double check the ingredients. I think I remember that they snuck something absurd in there that makes it non-compliant. not sure though. If so? add protein and whole veggies to it. Otherwise, it's just another "juice"
Spinnin Jenny
Thanks, it was just a side dish for my tuna salad. I had my side of sauteed butternut squash all ready to go with my tuna salad and unexpected guests came by and I burnt the squash and needed another quick side. praxisproject
Keep some tins of diced tomatoes handy, they're great in emergencies
LibLady
It looks like low sodium V8 has sugar in it. Plus a bunch of chemicals I don't recognize.
