Any suggestions for non-egg eaters?

As an ingredient, eggs are fine for me.  By itself, I've never been able to get eggs down, which makes it difficult for breakfast/certain dishes...While I'm fine with using leftovers, etc for breakfast, does anyone out there have any recommendations for non-egg eaters?  I wish I could eat them...

I like soup, especially when it's cold out. My favorite is a butternut squash soup. For protein I add some crumbled breakfast sausage or leftover chicken to my bowl.

There's more ideas here -- I haven't looked at every recipe, so double check that all ingredients are really Whole30 compatible.
