heathera
A couple of people at the office have been taking this...and have dropped significant weight loss...is this allowed?...I want to say yes; but don't know much about it. Also, will it impede my athletic performance while doing a whole 30?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 16, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 16, 2013 How can I say this gently? Taking a weight loss supplement is the exact opposite of the Whole30. No you can't mix this stuff with a Whole30.
Robin Strathdee
heathera - What Tom said. I've seen your posts in other parts of the forum and you strike me as a hard-working, committed person who is not willing to settle for mediocre. This, to me, is nothing more than mediocre. It's a bit of a soapbox for me, but products like that are designed to prey on folks who want to change the way they look without changing the way they live. Their "best results" come when the product is paired with a healthier diet and exercise - you've got that covered! It makes me think that the product has little to do with the result
