Does coconut milk require refrigeration?

If you'll be without a fridge, freeze it in icecube trays and put in a thermos/insulated container.

Sometimes you can find teeny tiny cans too, if you can get those, might be easier to take a couple and a can opener.

Or just a can with a self-opening lid.

I often put coconut cream (it's thicker than the milk) in little dressing containers, portable single serves and you can freeze them to keep them cold longer.
