First Timer - hopefully LT

First timer, hoping to make some long term changes and do this on a more of a consistent basis. My doctor recommended this to see if the inflammation I am having stops. That In itself helps me with commitment as I have been having health issues for 3 years. Started on the 1st and have made some pretty awesome meals. Forgot to snap photos of some of them.
