Waking up with Headaches

I’m on Day 5. Waking up with a dull throbbing headache every morning. It usually goes away as I eat/hydrate. I do have PCOS, which is metabolically similar to pre-diabetes, so I am sensitive to changes in blood sugar. Is my blood sugar getting too low overnight? I’m sleeping more so going longer stretches between eating (10 hours) Or are these typical symptoms of the reset?

Headaches are not unheard of early in a Whole30, so it might be something that resolves itself in a few more days, but if you know you have some blood sugar issues it might be worth checking in with your doctor to see if there's anything they recommend. If you think it would be helpful, you could have a small snack before bed to see if that makes a difference.
