Exciting Compatible Grocery Store Finds

I’ve had some exciting, new, compliant grocery store finds lately. I’ve never seen a thread to simply list good tips on lesser known, compliant grocery store items.

Please include your item and at what store you found it.

disclaimer: We all need to remember to read labels even on items that are usually compliant. I’ve seen identical Aldi and Trader Joe items that one week will be compliant and a few weeks later list a sugar or additive that knocks it out of Whole 30.

change compliant to compatible in subject to reflect W30 values

Neilly’s brand Tostones (plantain patties) at Whole Foods in frozen section. A bit prices but a good occasional splurge to go great with guac

OH SNAP! pickling co Dilly bites (travel size/togo) pickles at Aldi. These are also found in a lot of airports now!

Yes, good disclaimer!  Unless it has the W30 approved stamp on it, always read the labels... those food manufacturers are tricky week to week and also region to region.
