Newbie! Starting Monday January 30th!

Just cracked open the Whole30 Book!  I have a friend who has done the Whole30 January for years and this year she convinced me it’s time! 
 

I am looking to fight my life-long battle with weight loss (or the lack thereof). I also just want to have more energy and feel better all together!

 

I am looking forward to joining the W30 Community!

Hi.  I just started Whole30 yesterday, February 1st.  My sister has done this several times and has tried to get me interested.  My goals are to lose weight, reduce inflamation, feel my arthritis less, gain energy and generally feel healthier.   I'm excited to see how I feel in 28 more days!
