Kim Tally
Is the Thai coconut cream milk in the carton whole30 approved. I know the cans are but I just read a recipe that said the carton was not. The ingredients say water and coconut but the nutrition does say less than one sugar.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 21 Moderators Share Posted January 21 If the ingredients are just water and coconut, it's fine. The nutrition info that lists grams of sugar has to list naturally occurring sugars, so any food with fruit is going to show some grams of sugar on the label, all Whole30 is concerned about is the actual ingredients.
