Is you skin supposed to get worse before it gets better?

For me, I also get breakouts when I'm losing fat. Fat stores lots of bad toxins and, for me, this usually results in a few breakouts as I burn the fat and the toxins leave my body. At least that's the closest explanation I have come to for me. Also the hormones. I had a hysterectomy at age 35 (11 years ago). I do not take HRT anymore (stopped it 7 years ago) and have found that works for me. I am super sensitive to hormone fluctuations and those would also cause breakouts.

Glad to hear it is clearing up and I hope this helps someone a little bit!
