Day 21 - super bowl!!

8:45 two eggs & banana/blueberries fritters

1:30 grass fed burger with avocado slices, tomatoes and a side of broccoli

4:00 lara bar

6:00 chicken and broccoli

Day 22

8:00 three eggs, sweet potato/apple/sausage mash and guac

12:30 leftover chicken, with spinach and carrots dipped in guac

3:00 apple with nut butter

7:00 big bowl of chili!

Day 24

8:00 2 eggs, banana fritters with blue berries and side of pork sausage

11:00 beets, kiwi and blueberries baby food packet

1:00 tilipia with broccoli and a banana

3:00ish handful of pistachios

7:00 herb crusted chicken, steamed broccoli and apple/banana mash

day 25

5:30 wake up, crossfit

8:30 3 eggs, pork sausage and banana/blueberries on the side

1:00 bison burger with tomatoes and avocado slices, cucumbers and strawberries

3:00ish handful of pistachios

7:00 chicken stir fry with a ton of veggies, half a sweet pot and apple/bananas

day 26

5:30 wake up, crossfit

8:30 2 eggs, 1 banana and side of pork sausage

1:00 leftover chicken stir fry and a side of sweet potato, side of pineapple

3:00ish handful of pistachios

5:00 apple and nut butter

8:00 hidden menu from panera.. not worth the money!! steak, avocado, tomatos, cucumbers and lettuce

day 29

8:30 3 eggs, pork/sweet pot/apple hash, and side of strawberries and blueberries

1:00 avocado stuffed hamburger, greek cucumber salad and banana

4:00 apple and nut butter

7:30 bowl of pineapple chili and guac with carrot sticks

one more day!!! :D :D :D
