GLC1968
One thing I did not try to give up the first time was sugarless gum. And I started this second one still eating it. Is it really that bad? I caught myself a number of times during my first Whole30. The first time, it didn't even occur to me until later. The second time, I stopped and thought 'whoops, this isn't something I should eat!'. I had to stop myself from popping a tiny little Altoid mini in my mouth a few times as well! In fact, that was something that frustrated me. Having to live with 'food breath' after lunch when I can't brush my teeth because all methods of minty breath were off limits! melbournegirl
I know what you mean! Im lucky in that I can't tolerate polyols (sorbitol, xylitol etc) because before whole9 I was so desperate to stop wanting to eat all the time I seriously contemplated taking up gum as a preventative habit.
