New to the forum, Day 3 - it’s tough!!!

Hi! we started on the same day.

I’m on day five now, which, if I’m doing my math right, aligns with your timeline. I’m doing OK, but I think that’s probably because I have done a Whole30 before and I know how amazing it worth it is. Hang in there, and you won’t regret it! 

here’s what I’m eating this week:

https://www.paleorunningmomma.com/5-minute-paleo-taco-meat-whole30/ both as tacos in jicama shells from Trader Joe’s and on top of a spinach salad with Primal Kitchen dressing, avocado, and salsa.
