MeganMichel
Today is my first Whole30 day. I have celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and also have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. For years, my children and I were very strict paleo, and even AIP for awhile, and I felt pretty good most of the time but still had flare ups of pain and rashes during stress. Then, when I got re-married almost 5 years ago, I started cooking/eating more like what my husband and stepson were used to (SAD). Since then, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and have been100% gluten free, but still consuming some other grains, legumes occasionally, and quite a bit of dairy. I am exhausted and in pain all the time, which my doctors say is from the Hashimoto's and Ehlers-Danlos, and I get rashes on my face, neck, and arms after some foods and during more stressful times. I'm very read to get back to eating better and hopefully feeling better.
Bethicca
How are you feeling now that you are a week in? You have a lot in your plate. I really hope this helps manage some of your pain.
