Hi all!

Hi all! I am excited to be starting my first PBW30 on May 1st. I hope this session will get to forum filled with lots of new recipes and tips.

I'm currently on a long term regular whole30 (over 100 days), and I'm bored with it and want to try something new. I know the program isn't technically for weight loss but I've lost almost 50lbs using the whole 30 (not in the last 100 days, I had a long break from my program over the winter holiday season and florida hurricane season). So I am excited to start the plant based program. I'm hoping trying this will get me out of the food rut I've been in. I look forward to asking lots of questions and making lots of posts and making connections!
