Soy Sauce and Stevia?

I enjoyed a much needed girls night out with my friends last night. I'm on day 15 and have religiously stuck to my whole 30 much to my surprise. I've tried to avoid going out to dinner because it's a challenge to eat clean in most restaurants we go to. I had Blackened Ahi with Wok vegetables(olive oil).. No Sauce. I'm suspicious that there was a wee bit of soy sauce in the veggies. The waiter said he thought it was just the juice from the fish but it tasted a bit salty. I know soy is a no no and I'd really HATE to reset after coming so far. Do you think I'm ok. I feel like such a moron worrying about it but I need reassurance that I didn't just blow 15 days on a teaspoon of soy sauce if it was indeed in there.

Second question. I've noticed that many of the teas I enjoy have organic stevia leaf as an ingredient? Is this ok since it's such a small amount or should I avoid those. I drink about 6 cups of tea a day but the only one with stevia is my bedtime sleepy/calming tea.

I wouldn't suggest a reset at this point. If there was soy in your veggies, you did your best to avoid it. If you couldn't taste it specifically, there was likely not too much involved. Stevia IS out as an ingredient, but it shouldn't do anything to affect the physiological process. I'd say avoid the tea from here on out and enjoy the next two weeks!
