Elizabeth P
I struggle with getting enough fats at each meal. I just can’t eat half an avocado every time! (I could but that would get boring) How do I get the right amount each meal? Does the oil/ghee I cook with count?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted June 13 Moderators Share Posted June 13 We generally suggest that the cooking fat shouldn't be counted for your full fat intake because it gets split between portions and often left in the pan. Other fat sources are olives, nuts (sparingly), mayo based sauces, pesto. You could turn your avocado into guacamole for a different spin and if you google I know there are tons of W30 compatible sauce recipes out there that use oil, mayo or avocado.
