koonsfamily
My lovely wife and I started the whole30 program earlier this year and had good success the first time out. We are getting ready to start again shortly, but had a question. We saw where it said use only 100% cocoa, but are not sure what that means. Does it mean the baking cocoa, or something else, and if so, how do you incorporate it into your eating/drinking habits? ( baking, cocoa drinks, what to add to make it palatable?) Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 7 Administrators Share Posted July 7 Good morning, sorry for the delay! 100% cocoa is only to be used as a savoury seasoning - in chili, as a rub on steak etc. Not to be combined with anything naturally sweet to make chocolately like confections or drinks.
