lilangel4824
Okay, so I know that I can have apple cider (sparringly), but what about OJ? The ingrediants say "orange juice from countried listed on neck of bottle" which say usa/brazil. The brand is Simply Orangw, so not from concentrate. Thoughts? missmary
on fruit juice (both cider and OJ from what I understand) you can have it as an ingredient, ie. a tablespoon of juice in a salad dressing, or maybe a bit used to flavor sparkling water, etc. but you shouldn't be drinking it as a beverage. eat an orange.
