honestly, I'm a little girl and I eat a lot more than that for breakfast: 3 eggs cooked in ghee, 1 whole avocado, 2ish cups broccoli, chopped grape tomatoes, coffee/coconut milk. Often, I will even throw in a small sweet potato or a banana too. I'll let someone more experienced chime in but I think you may still need to bulk that meal up a bit. More veggies is always better :) despite wanting to lose weight (an remember that the whole30 is not a weight loss system tough people do tend to lose weight). But I am a woman and easily eat 2 cups of green beans at a meal, easily. Green beans won't make you stall in weight loss :) they will nourish your body and keep you fuller longer which is great for losing weight!
