I am sorry if this is a duplicate I tried to do a search and I couldn't find anything. it said soy had to few letters

anyway it seems as if there is soy lechtin in everything. Every one if my teas has it. Is this a forbidden ingredient?

Yeah, I just realized most of my tea has it too. I'm not happy about it for sure! My mint teas are still safe as is the chamomile one, but I don't want to be bringing chamomile to work in the morning with me! And one of the ones that doesn't have soy has citric acid (also not supposed to eat). Heck, I have one loose tea with rice flour. Go figure.

Citric acid is fine unless you have a particular issue with it.
