MattieRoss Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 A few weeks ago I followed a recipe that I found via this site. I'm not sure what I did with it and want to make it again. Here's what I remember: Chop up a large onion and place in the bottom of the crock pot. Rub a special spice mixture onto chicken (can't even remember one thing that was in the mixture!). It will seriously leave you never wanting to eat anything else ever again. It was great and moist but I did pop it under the broiler and get the skin all crispy because what's the point in roast chicken if there's not salty yummy crispy chicken skin?
