Hi everyone.

After a year of see-sawing back and forth between diet plans, exercise and falling off the wagon a few times, I'm giving Whole 30 a go (based on recommendation from a friend who lives Paleo). I went out & initiated "Project: Trash Cleanup", where I threw out everything in my fridge and replaced it with food from the Whole 30 shopping list. I also picked up a crock pot, as I knew it would come in handy.

Just wanted to greet everyone. Wish me luck!

Hello, I just joined today. Like most I find great difficulty in sticking to a diet but this is an overall life style change so I'm going to give it my all. I'm in my early 40's and I'm tired all the time. I work a very high stress job, in college twice a week and am raising two teenagers. I need more energy point blank! My eating habits need to change. I'm also tired of spending my hard earned money on other plans and not sticking to them. Today is day one! Wish me luck!
