LTsurf
Hi Everyone, I just got back from a weekend trip to go snowboarding. I am proud of myself for staying Whole30 compliant the whole time while we were away. However, today I am really tired. I slept over 9 hours but I think two days straight of intense snowboarding on top of driving for 5 hours just wore me out. I am on day 15 and this is the first day in awhile where I feel like I need a nap in the middle of the day. I wanted to workout tonight but now I'm wondering if I should just rest. Can anyone give me some tips or ideas on foods to eat, what to do, etc to help me get back on track? I'd really appreciate it! Thanks, Lindsay
Megan Claydon
1. Rest from your workout! 2. Eating until your satisfied...maybe add in some extra starchy carbs 3. Get extra sleep! Go to bed early

praxisproject
You may need to eat some bigger meals in the next day, if you've worn yourself out. Have some pumpkin and/or sweet potato, snack if you need to. You'll bounce back shortly
LTsurf
I've been eating more sweet potato than normal and it's helping. Thank you!
