Brenncole Posted January 22, 2013 Share Posted January 22, 2013 I am on Day 16 and I am still tired all the time! I slept so much this past weekend too. I generally get about 9 + hours of sleep each night. It is rare if I get less than 8 hours of sleep. Am I doing something wrong? When will my energy levels start increasing?
