anniem
Ingredients: Fresh Ginger Root, Rice Vinegar {Water and Rice), Shiso (Perilla Leaves), and Sea Salt. From Amazon. A bit pricey at $28 a bag, but for those who don't want to make their own and eat enough sashimi or paleo nori rolls, this might be a good subsitution. I'm going for Sushi this week and bringing my own Coconut Aminos and homemade pickled ginger. If questioned, "allergies" is always enough to have even the snooty resturaunt waiters back down and I've never found any at a sushi bar or Pan Asian eatery. melliemoo
I think if it has rice vinegar (listing rice) it's a no-go.

Susan W
The ginger looks fine to me. I sneak in coconut aminos all the time.
