Ruth O'Sullivan Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 B'fast: small bowl of beef & root veg stew (from last night)...I noticed there were only about 3 bits of meat in it though! 4 bits of tinned grapefruit pint of water magnesium, B complex, 2 fish oil capsules. 9.30am - (in work) coffee with coconut milk already thinking about lunch and what to make for dinner!
