Crossfitkris
I was wondering if you could share some information on me with regards to supplements. I have been seeing a homeopathic dr lately and am currently taking CalMag, D3, Omega 3's, Chromium Picolinate and Crotrex, Im concerned if any of this are things I should stop taking now that I am pregnant. I am only about 4 weeks, so I am especially concerned with early stages of development. Also wondering about Folic Acid. Thanks so much for your help! Its very appreciated! Renee Lee
You should probably check in with your doc about the supplement interactions with your pregnancy. Depending on the type of n3s you're taking, there could be an issue, but it's best to just check in with your doc or ob/gyn. I recently posted a link to an interview W9 did with Chris Kresser about fertility. You can probably search for it here or on the main W9 page. Mrs.Smith
My OBGYN told me I should be taking 1mg of folic acid, consult your's. You should definitely bring you list of supplements in with all the ingredients and let you Dr. see what you are taking & if you should omit or add some.
