Li1kate Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 I started getting a little bumps all over my stomach and back within my first days of whole30. I gave it some time but now I am on day 7 and it has spread to the rest of my body. most bumps aren't red but I can feel them everywhere. Some of them are a little itchy. is this normal? I also haven't added any new foods to my diet so I don't think its an allergy. I'm hoping it won't get even worse. I might have to go see a dermatologist. what do you think? NatPatBen Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 I got a bunch of dry patches within a week of starting Whole30. Went to doctor & had blood work done. Turns out Vitamin D deficiency. I now am taking supplements: Vitamin D, Omega 3, Super Enzymes, Probiotic. The dry patches are fading. Not sure about bumps though... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
