little_muffin
Hi, I wonder if anyone can tell me if I'm on the right lines please. I had lunch as normal at 12 then went to the gym to see my trainer for an hour (resistance work) then went straight to my regular gym to do an half hour more resistance. I knew I wouldn't be having dinner until gone 8pm following an intensive aerobic class at 7 so I had a snack at about 4:30; Tinned mackrel in olive oil, steamed carrots, apple & pecan nuts then about half hr later I had a mashed sweet potato purely as I thought I needed more carbs and I didn't have time to cook one up before I went to the gym. Is this ok or is it too much or even unnecessary? Many thanks
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 28, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 28, 2013 Eating a meal at 4:30 to give you a total for 4 meals for the day was a good choice. Good for you!
