Light-headed & vision blurring when I stand up!

I am not currently on a Whole30, more of a Whole9 eating approach. But, I can say that for the past seven+ days my meals have all been Whole30 compliant.

For the past couple of days, more often than not, when I stand up I feel very light-headed. Sometimes my vision even blurs.

At first I thought that maybe I was not eating enough but I don't think that's the case. Here is what I ate yesterday and this morning:


M1: Ground turkey, cauliflower, broccoli, 1/2 sweet potato, some blueberries

M2: Chicken apple sausage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, peppers, carrots, some blueberries

M3: Well fed chili with sweet potato chunks, broccoli, and an avocado


M1: Grilled chicken, herbed mayo, carrots, hearts of palm, and some blueberries

Anyone ever experience anything similar or have any suggestions?

I drink a good amount of water. Usually three big water bottles while I'm at work and at least two sodastream seltzers when I'm at home.

As for activity, I get to the gym once or twice a week. Otherwise I walk a good amount during the day on my commute to NYC from New Jersey.

Sleep is good, at least 7-8 hrs a night. And I haven't been sick.

It's a mystery.
