Taylor Herman
I am not currently on a Whole30, more of a Whole9 eating approach. But, I can say that for the past seven+ days my meals have all been Whole30 compliant. For the past couple of days, more often than not, when I stand up I feel very light-headed. Sometimes my vision even blurs. At first I thought that maybe I was not eating enough but I don't think that's the case. Here is what I ate yesterday and this morning: 1/28 M1: Ground turkey, cauliflower, broccoli, 1/2 sweet potato, some blueberries M2: Chicken apple sausage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, peppers, carrots, some blueberries M3: Well fed chili with sweet potato chunks, broccoli, and an avocado 1/29 M1: Grilled chicken, herbed mayo, carrots, hearts of palm, and some blueberries Anyone ever experience anything similar or have any suggestions?
