Physibeth Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 That wings recipe looks good but would like to point out that the soy sauce and brown sugar also make it not W30 compliant. You could probably omit the sugar and use coconut aminos to make it compliant along with subbing the almond flour. As far as I know franks is a compliant hot sauce. That pork ribs recipe needs to omit the bbq sauce, brown sugar, and the pancake syrup to be compliant. Only the MrStubbs BBQ Spice rub is compliant...the rest have sugar in them. I think the scotch egg post might be older than the Well Fed book because it calls for Pensky's Italian Sausage seasoning which has sugar in it (this is mentioned in the comments of the post).
