Any hope for this menu?

I see both the salmon and mahi-mahi. They should have portions in the back (hopefully) that haven't been marinated. Grilled with no sauce should be good. Dry rub could be compliant but might not be.

Pineapple salsa is likely compliant but check for added sugar.

Or have them do a stir-fry in olive oil with no sauce.
