ciria
In all honesty, I've been avoiding going out to eat. Today is a fundraiser for my son's school at this restaurant. Seems like its all coated in sugar...or am I being paranoid? I'm on day 26 today and don't want to ruin it! http://onogrindscafe.com/menu.html
Snicci
That grilled shrimp and pineapple sounds amazing! Maybe ask them to leave the sauce off? The grilled salmon could be good too!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 29, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 29, 2013 I'd try the Kalua Pork and maybe the veggie stir-fry with sesame ginger. You would need to ask what is in the sesame-ginger sauce, but it has possibilities. I know that is two entrees, but I eat like that a lot.
ciria
I've had pork like three days in a row. Just saw the salmon w the dry rub. Might try that.
Michaela Elmore Cogswell
I see both the salmon and mahi-mahi. They should have portions in the back (hopefully) that haven't been marinated. Grilled with no sauce should be good. Dry rub could be compliant but might not be. Pineapple salsa is likely compliant but check for added sugar. Or have them do a stir-fry in olive oil with no sauce.
ciria
The salmon was OK. Wish I would have gone for the pork. Next time...and next time I might enjoy a glass of wine too
