fluffy76 Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 How do you know if you are consuming too much fat? I feel like I might be, but I'm not sure of what signs to look for. Here's a typical day: Sasuage and roasted sweet potato (roast w/olive oil) Chicken, salsa, lettuce/spinach, avacado meat (typically red meat), roasted veggies (olive or coconut oil), maybe a few cashews. I have bacon often in one meal or the other as well. I'm just concerened with the fat content in the meat, plus when I roast veggies, plus the avacado and wondered if there are signs my body would give me that will clue me in. THanks! And Day 29!!!!!!!
