Ernie Ambrose Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 This is day one of reintroduction. I'm adding dairy. I had some quiche at lunch, that had gruyere cheese. I'm having some chicken and a salad that has feta cheese on it this evening, with some tzatziki sauce. So far, no issues. I noticed around 5:30 that I was yawning, but I didn't actually feel tired.
