I was very surprised to have headaches the first couple of days but as of today, day 3, they don't seem as bad. I have noticed that I have cravings to eat but realize, I am not actually hungry. Just the thought of food sounds good. While at farmer's market yesterday, I talked with a local chef of a small, take-out restaurant and she said she could customize meals that would fit into the Whole30 program for me.
