SarrizleP
So I'm on day 28 but on day 22 I ate something noncompliant. I've decided that I need to go ahead and declare my first attempt a whole 21 and restart. After deciding I was going to restart last night I ate some sushi so.... definitely a restart. In terms of how I did up until the sushi though, I have to say I'm extremely happy. I feel great, I feel like I am getting myself closer to being healthy and I'm really not disappointed that I didn't make it for the whole30 this time. I feel like my relationship with food is really changing and I loved cooking with such whole and pure ingredients. I also weighed myself yesterday before the sushi and have lost 11.5 pounds, which as someone with 70+ to lose that is really awesome and gives me so much motivation to keep eating healthy and giving my body the best fuel I can. So, back to the start but not necessarily square one.

Kirsteen
I love your attitude. Of course it's not back to square one. Look how much you've learned and experienced and well done for jumping right back in.
SarrizleP
Yes, I am definitely feeling like knowledge is power. And I feel okay with every thing so far. I don't seem to have any gluten issues so, that's good. But, I also don't intend on this being just a 30 day thing. More of a lifetime change but I still want to be able to enjoy certain things at times. So, I will just keep on from here.
