Jessica M.
Got 5 yellow tomatoes in my co-op basket this week. What would you do with them? I have been bothered a bit by tomatoes in my salads lately (would yellow be more or less acidic than red?). Fry 'em up like green tomatoes? (I've never done that but how hard could it be). I have some tapioca flour. I guess I could cover them with that. Sautee them with other veggies? Just looking for some ideas. :-)
Nadia B
You can roast them. Here is one of possible ways to do it. http://nomnompaleo.com/post/11350442600/oven-roasted-tomatoes And then there is a million way to use them. I like roasted tomatoes soup with basil pesto. CAK911
You can use them like red tomatoes. I don't know that they'd be sturdy enough to fry up like green tomatoes. I really like to just drizzle them with some balsamic vinegar and/or olive oil and top with torn basil.
