Jtandi Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 what's your favorite recipe to use leftover pulled pork? my family doesn't like bbq pork (they are beyond strange) so I can eat mine slathered with my whole30 bbq sauce, but I would like to make something else with it... CAK911 Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 My first thoughts are to throw it on a salad, wrap it up in lettuce with some avocado slices and/or pico de gallo, serve with some grilled peaches, or put in a bowl with some sauteed zucchini and yellow squash and sliced avocado. EmilyB456 Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 Ooh, put it in Well Fed Pad Thai! I have used her citrus carnitas as my meat in that dish and it was delicious.
