Starting Whole 30 while breastfeeding, and Whole 30 with a toddler?

Calories, hydration, demand. That's really the bulk of maintaining milk supply, although there are smaller things that can also influence supply (like latching issues). Ensure you're eating enough, even if it means sipping on a can of coconut milk throughout the day. Make sure you're really well hydrated. And make sure you're feeding/pumping enough to maintain your normal supply, and you should be just fine.
