lrapone 4 Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 Just finished day 22, first whole30, take a bootcamp class 4x a week and have for two years. I experienced this on day 9 or 10 and again today, where my arms were like lead and I struggled the entire work out. Never had that happen before, any idea why? I have never eaten before since I get up at 430 and to the gym by 5. Link to post Share on other sites

I might suggest something, even something small, before your workout to signal your body that it's okay to release some stored energy for your workout. Link to post Share on other sites
