Kathryn's Whole 30 Commitment!

I have sadly tried many times to do the whole30, but constantly fail... I NEED to do this, commit, and finish, for ME. I'm hoping that this will keep me more accountable. Here we go!

Day One!!

Breakfast 9am: 1/2 Avocado smashed, 1.5 cups diced brocolli, 1 chicken breast diced, 1 tablespoon homemade olive oil.
