Tapioca Flour = Bloating and pain?!

Hi! I am on day 38 and am so bloated and hurting all over. The only thing I can think is different is last night I made salmon patties and I tried tapioca flour as a binding agent, for the first time. Of course I had a few for dinner and again for breakfast. Quick Google search, seems some people can have reactions? Anyone here experience this?

I've had a bit too much fruit yesterday/today, but not THAT Much. Feel so crummy.

I have similar reactions to any flours- nut flours, rice corn- xanthan gum you name it. I wouldn't even try to eat tapioca flour for fear of the same. I can do a tiny bit of coconut flour for binding but I'm always trepidatious with that too. I doubt it was the fruit- I would blame it on tapioca.
