Bethie Annie
I finished Whole 30 on January 31st. I missed wine on weekends and sugary things. I'd like to stay on track, food wise, but will have wine, only on weekends! Anyone interested?
Anham Mahna
Im definitely doing my whole30 with a Lenten spirit. Since i started on feb 4th, my lent will be longer than usual, but thats ok. And you know, from a spiritual perspective, getting some heavenly help with this all really does... Dare i say it? Miracles! Good luck!
Bethie Annie
Start tomorrow, looking forward to it, now that I've re-introduced foods and wine that I've been without I totally see/feel the difference. I miss sleeping well, being bright, alert and happy. May or may not do wine on weekends. Anyone joining me that has done whole 30 and is looking to continue with Whole 30 food? Bethie Annie
Day 1... 5:15am I'm ready, I'm focused. Oil pulling with coconut oil first thing for 15min. Black coffee, Beef bone broth. Scrambled eggs with spinach. This is the hardest for me. I'm not big on eating right away or very much. I had planned on working out this morning before work but decided to give myself a break. 7-3 shift today...hoping for a good one.
