Michelle B's first W30

I know, I'm behind in posting my log but I didn't want to get ahead of myself. I have a tendency to start something gang buster's and then just quit. So I gave myself a couple of weeks this time.

I'm on day 14 of W30 and I still love it. Eating this way has become more than I ever expected. I also went back to boot camp last night. Let's just say it's been too long. But it felt really great to be back. My goals right now are to continue to eat W30, attend boot camp, and then add in running 2 days a week.

I've also discovered within myself that I'm not doing this to lose weight; I'm doing this to become a better version of me. A healthier version. A happier version. Life is too short to be worrying about what I weigh. If I happen to lose weight in the process then that's just a bonus :)
