BEST way to eat fruit, ala Mexicana!

Chop up some jicama, oranges, grapefruit, mango... whatever you have (although I suspect apples or bananas might taste a bit odd).

Cut the peels off the citrus, the chop them into bits, allowing them to get all juicy in your mixture.

Squeeze a couple of lemons into the mix, along with some oranges, if you've got them. Add some ground chili and salt, mix, and YUM!

I just had some (minus the mango). This is how California Mexicans enjoy their fruit.

This also goes REALLY well with watermelon (sandia). It's funny how a little SALT changes fruit.
