I've been bouncing back and forth for about a year now with fifteen pounds and sticking to a routine of clean eating and Crossfit SO my Crossfit trainer recommended reading It Starts With Food as well as a "guidebook" the gym got when they signed with Whole9! Therefore, here I am, and determined as hell but struggling! My friends and family don't say anything about my "ways of eating" my family accepts it and even eats following the guidelines along with me some times but anyone outside of Crossfit, thinks I'm delusional.
