LetsEatGrandpa
I'm going out to lunch today and have looked at the menu for the restaurant we are going to. I like the sound of this salad: Balsamic Chicken Salad sauteed chicken breast & black forest ham tossed with mixed greens, roasted beets, English cucumbers, extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar finished in fresh mizithra cheese Clearly no cheese, but what other questions should I ask? What is the chicken breast sauteed in? What else? Quick help would be appreciated!
Anham Mahna
Ask about the presence of sugar, especially in the chicken (believe it or not) and in the ham. Beware of legumes. Other than that, it sounds good! Have fun and good luck!
